  • 1 SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS
  1. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay in the Prestige and is an integral part of the contract, signing by making a reservation, paying the advance payment or the entire payment for staying at Prestige. Making the above activities, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.
  2. The Regulations apply to all guests staying at Prestige.
  3. The regulations are available for inspection in every room, as well as on the website.
  • 2 CHECK IN/OUT
  1. The room is rented for a day.
  2. The stay lasts from 2 pm on the first day of booking to 11 am on the last day, and you can also set the time of arrival and departure.
  3. Handing over the keys after prior checking of the room by the service takes place no later than at 10:00 the last day. A guest should prolong the request for a prolonged stay as soon as possible. Prestige will take into account the wish to extend your stay if possible.
  4. The stay of the guest by 11 am on the last day of the stay results in the transfer of his belongings to the warehouse.
  • 3 BOOKING AND MELDING
  1. The basis for the Guest’s registration is presenting a photo ID and payment for the entire stay immediately upon arrival.
  2. The payment for the stay is non-refundable.
  3. The rented rooms can not be transferred or made available to third parties.
  4. People who are not registered in Prestige may stay in the building from 7 am to 10 pm after informing the staff.
  5. To make a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of about 30% of the due fee must be paid. The remaining amount must be paid at the latest on the day of arrival. In the event of cancellation or non-arrival by 11am the next day, the booking is canceled without the possibility of returning the deposit which is forfeited in full.
  6. Reservation is called guaranteed, if a prepayment is made – a non-refundable deposit amounting to approximately 30% of the value of the entire stay. Failure to pay the deposit within the prescribed period will result in the reservation being canceled.
  7. In case of cancellation of the Guest from the paid stay, Prestige does not return the payment already paid.
  8. In the case of late arrival of Prestige, there is no obligation to postpone the stay of the guests by the time of delay and the Guest is obliged to pay for the previously booked days.
  • 4 GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
  1. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices, resulting from his fault or the fault of people visiting him. Prestige reserves the right to charge the Guest for damage caused after his departure. In the case of damage, you should immediately notify the service.
  2. Each time a guest leaving the room, for safety reasons, should turn off the TV, turn off the light, turn off the taps and close the door with a key.
  3. At Prestige, furniture such as beds, wardrobes and sofas can not be moved.
  4. Prestige guests are obliged to maintain order in the facility and not leave personal belongings outside their room and outside places designated for that purpose.
  • 5 RESPONSIBILITY
  1. Prestige shall not be liable for loss or damage of items brought by persons using its services to the extent specified by the provisions of the Civil Code.
  2. The guest should notify Prestige service about the occurrence of damage immediately after its detection.
  3. Prestige shall not be liable for damage and loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it and live animals, regardless of whether these vehicles were parked in the car park or outside Prestige.
  4. Prestige shall not be liable for failures resulting from causes not dependent on it and undertakes to report damage to suppliers of services obliged to remove the failure as soon as possible.
  5. Prestige reserves the possibility of disruptions in the internet and television supply related to the location of the facility and meteorological conditions.

 

  1. Prestige may refuse to continue providing services to persons who violate the order and rules of the regulations while staying on the premises, and may also demand immediate leave without refund.
  • 6 SERVICES
  1. Prestige is obliged to ensure that necessary repairs are made to the equipment while the Guest is absent or in his presence only if he so wishes.
  2. Cleaning and exchange of bedlinen takes place after the end of stay in a given room. Stay after 7 days from check-in.
  • 7 CURFEW
  1. Prestige has night-time silence from 10pm to 7am
  • 8 RETURN OF THE LEFT THINGS
  1. Items of personal use left in Prestige by a leaving Guest will be sent to the address indicated by the Guest at his expense.
  2. If you do not receive the instructions to send back the items left, they will be disposed of after 24 hours
  • 10 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
  1. Prestige does not accept the presence of animals on the premises.
  2. All rooms (including bathrooms) are strictly non-smoking. Smoking on terraces and balconies is only allowed if it does not disturb other guests.
  3. In the rooms you can not store dangerous goods – weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illumination materials.
  4. It is forbidden to make excessive noise in Prestige, cause unpleasant odors or other things that interfere with, harm or irritate other Guests. The behavior of people using Prestige services should not disturb the peace of other guests.
  5. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the rooms and their equipment.
  6. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use in the rooms heaters and other similar devices that are not room equipment
